Portrait of a Graduate
Portrait of a Graduate
While each student is uniquely individual, there are specific Christian traits we desire of every graduate from Heritage Oak School. Having thoughtfully selected the Knight as the school mascot, we see this figure representing those who would faithfully give all to serve the King of kings while living an exemplary life that honors the Lord.
Our school mascot is also an acronym that lays out the standard and code of conduct by which every instructor models his or her own life and the governing principle by which they craft their lessons for the students they teach. It is our objective that every graduate would be characterized by the traits of the “ideal” knight.
No matter where God directs our alumni in the future, these are the godly character traits they will need in order to fulfill their calling throughout their lives. It is our hope and prayer that they will thereby bless their families, churches, communities, and the Kingdom of Christ as they faithfully serve their Lord and King!
