Academics
Heritage Oak School welcomes your child to a nurturing and faith-filled academic journey starting in Kindergarten. With small classes and caring Christian teachers, children build confidence, strong routines, and foundational skills in reading, math, and more through hands-on learning through the following programs.
Kindergarten (Ages 5-6)
At this age range, the focus is on building confidence, healthy relationships, and routines, alongside developing fine motor skills and strong academic basics in phonics, reading, and math. Hands-on learning, memory work, and monthly field trips provide an engaging and joyful start to their classical education.
Grammar School (Grades 1-6)
For grades 1–6, the Grammar School offers a balanced classical education with an emphasis on phonics, reading, memory work, and joyful discovery. Weekly chapels, art, music, and field trips enrich the experience, while homework supports learning without overwhelming families.
Logic School (Grades 7-9)
In grades 7–9, the Logic School develops critical thinking and leadership in a supportive Christian environment, with engaging courses and extracurricular activities like debate and sports.
Rhetoric School (Grades 10-12)
Students in grades 10–12 form the Rhetoric School, where they deepen their study of classical liberal arts—engaging with theology, philosophy, and the Great Conversation. Through Socratic discussions, faculty guide them to apply biblical principles, critical thinking, and logic, helping students strengthen their understanding of Scripture and cultivate a rightly ordered love for God and others as they learn to communicate their ideas eloquently.
Homeschool Programs
Homeschool options provide flexible learning paths with strong Christian mentorship and community. Prospective parents are encouraged to tour the campus to see our vibrant, caring classrooms in action.
